ENDORSED BY MODELS

Pulse supermodels Jaunel McKenzie, Nadine Willis, Carla Campbell, Kimanee Wilson and Nell Robinson have officially endorsed Caribbean Model Search 2007. Many of these fashion stars come from humble beginnings and some still remember being teased at school for being too tall, skinny or dark-skinned. By endorsing CMS 2007, they want to encourage all women with the right attributes and potential to step forward.

Jaunel McKenzie

JAUNEL

Eleven time American Vogue model and world number 1 black supermodel Jaunel last year scored another Caribbean first, when Vibe magazine named her their top supermodel and the only model on its annual 'hottest' list, topped by academy award winner Jamie Foxx. Jaunel's incredible story began when she won CMS 2002 and Pulse sent Polaroids off to Paris. The rest is what dreams are made of. Major campaigns, television ads, catalogues, editorials and hundreds of catwalk miles later, her star continues to rise.

Nadine Willis

JAUNEL

In her first 2 weeks of international modelling, the famed Mario Testino selected Nadine to be the first black model to lead a Gucci campaign and to shoot a 10 page solo spread for French Vogue. Her amazing "Ghetto to Gucci" story was immortalised in Glamour and continues to inspire young people around the world. Nadine has appeared in almost every important fashion magazine in the world and a staggering 6 different Vogue publications - British, French, Italian, Japanese, German and Spanish. Her client list reads like a who's who of the fashion industry and continues to grow:

Carla Campbell

JAUNEL

Carla made history as the first Caribbean model to appear in the famed swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated. She elevated her star status in 2005 with two super editorials for Cosmopolitan, an Esquire cover and Victoria's Secret campaign. Now rated among the sexiest models in the business, Carla's clients include L'Oreal, Nike, Fubu, Ekcored, Footlocker, Avon, Miller Beer, Essence, Seventeen, Smooth, SHE and Maxim.

Kimanee Wilson

JAUNEL

Kimanee's magazine spreads and covers for Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Allure, Essence L'Officiel, Vibe and Trace, and major campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Levis, Aveda, Target, Sephora, Clinique and Avon have established her as a bona fide supermodel. Since her debut at Caribbean Fashion Week in 2005, she has done major catwalk mileage for over forty top designers including Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera, Perry Ellis, Richard Tyler, Bill Blass, Roberto Cavalli, Chloe, Missoni, Gianfranco Ferre and Oscar de la Renta.

Nell Robinson

JAUNEL

Since she landed the cover of Arena as 'the body of 2005', Nell has appeared in multiple GQ spreads and become the premier face of Gossard lingerie. She has also worked for Agent Provocateur, C&A, Levi's, Dsquared, Per Una and Puma lingerie and appeared in Pride, and Italian Vogue. Her John Lewis campaign appeared in top magazines and posters all over the UK and Nell currently stars in the new Rimmel campaign which launched May 2007.
